Dritz Jean-a-ma-jig

Use for topstitching and machine sewing over thick seams, similar to a hump jumper.

Use on jeans, jackets, towels, quilts, upholstery, and home decor projects.

Can be used with any sewing machine.

Instructions for use:

Stop stitching 3/4" before thick seam, make sure your needle is down, and raise your presser foot.

From the back of the presser foot, slide the Jean-a-ma-jig up to the thick seam allowance, and lower presser foot.

Slowly stitch across the seam, lower your needle, raise presser foot, and remove Jean-a-ma-jig.

Move Jean-a-ma-jig to front of presser foot.

Lower presser foot and continue stitching onto the Jean-a-ma-jig.

Stop when thick seam has been cleared from presser foot.

Lower needle, raise presser foot, remove Jean-a-ma-jig. Continue sewing.
