Refund policy

If our products do not meet your expectations, we are happy to accept a return for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s). 

Items must be unopened, in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Returns only apply to regular-priced items. Proof of purchase is required.

Fabric cut to order, all patterns, printed PDF sewing patterns, and gift cards are non-refundable.
