CLASS + EVENT POLICIES
  • Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your place in the class or event.
  • In order to make our classes run smoothly for the shop, the instructors, and fellow participants, please notify us in writing by email if you are unable to attend.
  • We require a minimum of 1 week notice to cancel, and refunds will be issued by store credit as follows:1 week notice or more prior to first class = full refund issued as store credit, to be used on future classes or merchandiseLess than 1 week notice = 50% refund issued as store credit48 hours notice or less = no refund, no store credit
  • Late arrivals, missed sessions, or no-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.
  • If we need to cancel due to low enrolment or any other reason, we will provide a minimum of 3 days notice and offer a refund or transfer to another class.
ACCESSIBILITY

Our beautiful classroom space is located on the second floor of a heritage building, and is unfortunately only accessible by stairs. We are happy to assist you up to the second floor.
